Real Estate, Investment and Funds Paralegal

The primary objective of the REIF Paralegal role is to provide focused support on the Private Funds side of the REIF team within the Corporate and Commercial (C&C) TST sub-team. The successful candidate will work closely with the London-based REIF team in a fast-paced and growing area of the business, ensuring effective assistance with Private Funds matters while also having opportunities to contribute to broader C&C TST work during quieter periods.

What You'll Do:

• Provide paralegal support focused on the Private Funds side of the REIF team within the Corporate and Commercial (C&C) TST sub-team.
• Work directly with the London-based REIF team in a fast-paced and growing area of the business.
• Collaborate with existing paralegals supporting the Real Estate Investments side of the REIF team.
• Gain exposure to wider TST C&C matters during quieter periods to develop broader skills and experience.
• Join a supportive team environment, working closely with both the REIF and TST C&C teams.
• Contribute to high-quality legal work in a dynamic and expanding area of practice.

• Common sense, commerciality, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• An interest in, or experience of, using technology to deliver work.
• Previous Corporate and/or REIF paralegal experience is relevant but not essential.
