Interim Real Estate Paralegal – Remote – AG Integrate

AG Integrate are currently looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to support our leading Energy client. As Real Estate Paralegal you will have demonstrable experience:

• Drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of contracts and agreements related to land, property, and leases, including but not limited to consents, easements, and wayleaves.
• Property management experience, with a strong understanding of UK Property Law.
• Experience working with land developers, planning authorities, and both Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs) would be beneficial.
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including landlords, engineers, solicitors, and DNO contacts.
• Experience in sectors such as Telecommunications or Renewable Energy is highly desirable.
• Good working knowledge of telecoms and power infrastructure and construction projects would be advantageous.
