Amidst an influx of exciting client mandates, this unique role focuses on enriching our junior lawyers' expertise, particularly those within the 0-3 PQE range. Unlike traditional positions, this is primarily a supervisory role, eliminating direct client interactions and personal case handling to devote full attention to mentoring. This approach aims to refine our junior talent's skills, ensuring high-quality, comprehensive supervision and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
