An opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor to join our Real Estate team based from our Sheffield office.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
The Northern Real Estate transactions team, based in our Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield offices, undertakes a broad range of work including development, investment, landlord and tenant, portfolio management and property financing across all sectors within the real estate sector.

The successful candidate will manage a number of real estate transactions which may vary from sales purchases to developments and a number of high-profile commercial deals right from the start, working with well- established clients.
About You
We're looking for a Solicitor who is passionate about their work and has had exposure to a number of high quality real estate transactions. Our ideal candidate will have the following:
