Your Role

• Offer a warm, refined welcome and a fond farewell to each guest.
• Master the rhythm of front desk operations—reservations, billing, and guest requests—with flair and efficiency.
• Resolve concerns gracefully, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and perhaps a story to tell).
• Share insider knowledge of the city’s finest offerings, from cocktails to culture.
