Join LSH Auto as a Recovery Technician and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recovery services for luxury vehicles. Based in Birmingham, you will be expected to assist with roadside recovery and provide excellent service to our clients.

Hours: 40

Salary: £30,557

This role includes a company van for transportation during on-call duties.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Attending breakdowns as part of Mercedes-Benz's 24-hour service
• Conducting roadside repairs and recoveries for various vehicles
• Completing routine services, inspections, and repairs within the workshop
• Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout recovery processes
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
• Experience working on commercial and luxury vehicles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
