Qualifications:
In-depth Knowledge of SThree’s Brands and Services: Comprehensive understanding of SThree’s recruitment solutions, particularly within Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, FMCG). Ability to articulate the unique value propositions to clients and candidates.
Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making. Experience with sales metrics, performance tracking, and trend analysis.
Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong planning and time-management skills for efficient team operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong presentation skills for delivering insights, strategies, and results.
Proven Experience in Managing and Developing Sales Teams: Demonstrated success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams. Experience in setting and achieving team targets, providing regular feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with the ability to recognise market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Track Record of Meeting Performance Standards: Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. Ability to set ambitious yet achievable goals and inspire the team to reach them.
Experience in Contract Recruitment: Specific experience in the contract recruitment space, understanding the nuances and demands of short-term, project-based placements. Skilled in managing contract negotiations, client relationships, and compliance requirements.
Experience in the Life Sciences Industry: Understanding of the Life Sciences sector, including key industry trends, regulatory environments, and talent landscape. Established network within the Life Sciences community that can be leveraged for business development.
