Job Summary

Responsibilities
Candidate Journey Coordination:
- Creating job descriptions and adverts.
- Advertising positions on social media platforms.
- Promptly managing candidate inquiries.
- Engaging with potential candidates through different platforms.
- Acting as the primary contact for Preferred Supplier List (PSL) agencies.
- Assisting hiring managers in defining role profiles, recruitment campaigns, and candidate management.
- Managing Hiring Managers' expectations throughout the process.
- Reviewing applications and conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Organizing interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Liaising with the HR team for contract and offer paperwork.
- Maintaining accurate records and building a talent pool of future candidates.
- Assisting with occasional project work.
About You
- Prior experience in a similar recruitment / resourcing role.
- Strong administration skills.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Resilience and effective communication across all levels.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
