We’re hiring Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our London team, with new starters beginning in late January 2025. At Levin Group, your career progression and success are in your hands.

With uncapped earning potential and a fast-track progression path, you could reach Associate Director level in just 3-4 years. Our supportive environment ensures you’ll have all the tools and training you need to excel.

What You’ll Do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates through networking and market research.
• Source and headhunt top talent to meet client needs and expectations.
• Manage the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
