Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Willenhall. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as graduate recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, effective communication, and recruiting suitable candidates for various sectors within the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills
• Consulting experience and effective Communication skills
• Interviewing skills
• Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
