Company: Reed Stratford - Business Support

Location: 2nd Floor, Unex Tower, 5 Station St, London E15 1DA

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the induction.

Salary: £30,000 - £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday and permanent

Role Responsibilities:

• Energetic Business Development: Make proactive calls to prospective clients and attend networking events to build long-term partnerships.
• Client Meetings: Travel to meet clients, understand their unique needs, and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match.
• Relationship Building: Ensure candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
• Goal-Oriented Performance: Meet targets, adhere to KPIs, and track your achievements.
