We are excited to offer five incredible opportunities for aspiring Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants to join the two highest performing divisions within Empiric.

This is a highly rewarding role in more ways than one. Financially, you can expect to earn £40K in your first year alone, with many of our consultants hitting six figures within just a few years—and there’s no reason why you couldn’t do the same.

But it’s not just about the money. This role will fast-track your professional growth, giving you hands-on experience in everything from sales and negotiation to communication and marketing. You’ll also be enrolled in our Career Pathway plan from day one, offering you a clear route to success, with the potential to rise all the way to the Board of Directors, thanks to our transparent promotion criteria.

You’ll master every aspect of the Recruitment Consultant role, including:

  • Winning clients who need help finding exceptional, hard-to-find talent to transform their business.
  • Building networks and strong relationships with candidates who possess those rare, valuable skills.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish—whether that’s presenting CVs, guiding candidates through interviews, or negotiating job offers on their behalf.
  • Establishing yourself as a leading figure in your market by building your personal brand.
  • Developing excellent skills in communication, sales, negotiation, marketing, and business strategy.

As standard, you will get – LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, LinkedIn Adverts, access to multiple Job Boards, Lusha, Ebsta, Daxtra and Salesforce. We will always invest in ways to make your job easier.
  • We have a sizeable and passionate Operations & Marketing Team. They aim to ‘clear the runway’ for you so that you can fly. With less ‘Admin’ comes more time to do what you are best at.
  • And once you make placements, we will pay you more for completing those placements than you would receive at any comparable Recruitment Business. We have no threshold, and our commission scheme accelerates quickly to 35%.
