 Position Overview
 

Crux is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator on an initial 12 month fixed term contract in a key role, supporting the Talent Specialist in the People function, and the Research Recruitment Manager in the Usability team, by delivering a proactive and efficient recruitment administrative service. Working across both Talent Acquisition and Research Recruitment areas, the post holder will be responsible for coordinating and supporting recruitment activities, as well as have specific tasks within their own responsibility.

Typical participants recruited for our studies include patients with diagnosed illnesses, and Healthcare Professionals. It is key that both prospective employees and participants have an outstanding recruitment experience.
You will possess excellent organisational skills and be comfortable conversing with potential candidates, whether by phone, email or through our applicant tracking systems.

 

Principal Responsibilities
 
  • Support in the provision of an outstanding recruitment experience for both Talent Acquisition and Research Recruitment activities.
  • Day to day recruitment administrative support, for employee recruitment and participants in our research studies.
  • Maintain and update the participant study database and applicant tracking system.
  • Arrange interviews and meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to manage busy schedules.
  • Respond to recruitment related enquiries and provide general assistance.
  • Maintain the company’s career email inbox, escalating enquiries as required.
  • Support liaison and outreach to universities, research institutions, health bodies and other relevant organisations.
  • Produce and submit reports on general recruitment activity.
  • Apply data protection and record management principles to applicant records.

 

What We’re Looking For
Essential
  • Excellent coordination and administration skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office; Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and other software or tracking systems.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Desirable
  • Experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or research recruitment environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • ATS and recruitment software experience (we use Teamtailor and PanelFox).
  • Experience of research participant recruitment is a plus.
