Investigo are market leaders in recruiting into multiple specialisms. In this role you will be a part of our Midlands Technology Recruitment team, based in central Birmingham. We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business.

This is an opportunity for either:

1) A recruitment consultant with 6-24 months experience who wants a long term career in an established and high performing business.

2) Or an individual with experience in the professional services space who would like a long term career in recruitment

You will be focused on the candidate side of the recruitment process. This involves creating candidate pools, building long term relationships with your candidates and handling the candidate life cycle from end to end. You will have a clear route of progression and have the opportunity to move into a 360 recruitment role in future.

The Role:

You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and feeding back to candidates
• Attending client meetings
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
• Lead generation through relationship building
• Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for

What we are looking for:

No experience is necessary however we are ideally looking for someone with career experience, this does not have to be in the recruitment industry as you will be provided with training, although this is a bonus. The ideal person will:

• Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
• Ideally you will have 6-24 months recruitment experience or experience within a professional services role
• Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
• Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
• You will be ambitious with long term progression goals for your career

Career Progression and Training:

You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:

• 121 training with your team and manager
• In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into
• Full end to end training on the entire recruitment life cycle
• Online models to bolster your learning
