We're a small, inclusive HR team based in Camberley, and we're looking for an experienced recruiter who's ready to get hands-on, collaborate with managers, and deliver a first-class recruitment experience from start to finish. You'll manage everything from writing job adverts to onboarding successful candidates - and everything in between.

As our in-house recruitment expert, you'll lead on sourcing, selection, and strategy, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and helping promote our employer brand. If and when things are quiet on the hiring front, you'll work alongside the HR team on wider people projects - so flexibility and a team spirit are key!

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• A proactive, organised approach and a passion for matching people with great opportunities
• Confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practice
