Recruitment Specialist

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

As a 360 Recruiter at Contechs, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. You’ll play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, working closely with our internal CoC leads and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in the automotive and engineering sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer management and post-placement follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client delivery and candidate care
• Maintain and update the CRM accurately and regularly
• Attend client visits and industry networking events as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (in-house or agency)
• Strong business development skills and a confident communicator
• Experience within technical, engineering, or automotive sectors is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in your approach
• Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems
