Salary: £47,135 to £52,008 per annum (Inside London) depending on experience

Your Impact In The Role
- Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, support, and motivate a team of Recruitment Advisors and Coordinators, ensuring delivery of an efficient and customer-focused end-to-end recruitment service.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and implement attraction strategies that align with L&Q’s corporate objectives, workforce planning, and succession needs, in partnership with HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Lead on reviewing and streamlining recruitment processes, mapping improvements, and driving continuous development through proactive analysis and feedback.
- External Engagement & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and recruitment partners, ensuring compliance and effectiveness. Contribute to the creation of PSLs and vendor terms.
- Data & Insights: Use data and reporting tools to evaluate recruitment performance and drive improvements in sourcing, diversity initiatives, and brand awareness.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, procurement practices, and internal policies, including IR35, data protection, DBS, and reference procedures.
What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Recruitment Strategy & Delivery: Demonstrable experience designing and delivering end-to-end recruitment and attraction strategies in a complex, fast-paced organisation.
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a recruitment team to deliver excellent outcomes aligned to business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience engaging and advising senior stakeholders on workforce planning and resourcing needs.
- Process & Project Management: Strong organisational skills, capable of leading multiple recruitment initiatives, reviewing service performance, and managing project delivery.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: High level of IT literacy, including MS Office, ATS platforms, and data analysis for recruitment reporting and evaluation.
- Legislative Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant recruitment legislation, best practice, and compliance.
- Professional Development: CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
