We'relooking for a Regeneration Delivery Manager to join our team at a pivotal time in our ongoing improvement journey. As the Regeneration Delivery Manager,you'lldrive genuine change and improvements for our customers and communities.

You'lllead our project management office for regeneration and development, overseeing new build and regeneration processes from feasibility to completion.You'llsupervise colleagues, including the Project Manager and Project Support Officer, and play a key role in securing funding and delivering partnerships to enable the delivery of homes.

This role is at the heart of our plans to create stronger and more sustainable communities for the future.You'llbe a key part of the next stage of our Lower Falinge regeneration, potentially including up to 200 new homes, andyou'llcontribute to a significant 10-year, multi-million poundregeneration programme for homesadjacent toRochdale town centre.

You'llwork with colleagues, partners, and communities to ensure all our developments are trulycustomer-focused. This role offers access to a variety of funding streams for building and placemaking, allowing you to make a substantial impact on the community.

Additionally,you'llhelp build and develop our team as we strive to become a great provider of homes in Rochdale. Here at RBH,we'verecently returned to compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing, and we have a new Corporate Strategy that sets out our aims and ambitions for the next three years.Itsan exciting time for the right person to join us on our improvement journey.

This roleislocatedinthe Borough of Rochdale and requires regular office andfield basedworking throughout the Borough.
