Expanding national loss adjusting practice seeks a Regional Adjuster Manager for the South to oversee a small team of home-based property adjusters handling domestic, high net worth, and commercial losses

You will report to the Operations Director, manage report writing, loss allocation, training, mentoring, recruitment, and SLAs, while also handling a smaller caseload of larger, complex losses

Candidates should ideally be A/FCILA qualified with managerial experience or Senior Adjusters looking for their first managerial role

The position is home-based, preferably for those living in the southern Home Counties (Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent)

Salary is up to £75,000, plus bonus, car, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
