The Regional Admin Manager at Swissport plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative functions within the organisation. This position is responsible for ensuring that data is up-to-date and accurate, managing a team of administrators, driving data conversion, and reporting on Failed To Joins (FTJs). The Regional Admin Manager will lead and mentor the admin team, ensuring they meet organisational goals and maintain high standards of performance. The ideal candidate must have ID Gateway experience.

Responsibilities
- Data Management: Ensure that all company data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained. Implement and monitor processes to ensure data integrity across all platforms. Regularly audit data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Team Leadership & Line Management: Lead, manage, and support a team of administrative staff. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes continuous improvement and professional development.
- Driving Conversion: Utilise data to identify opportunities to drive conversion rates and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with other departments to implement strategies that enhance data conversion. Analyse conversion data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Oversee the timely and accurate reporting on Failed To Joins (FTJs). Maintain reporting templates and dashboards that track key metrics. Present findings and recommendations to senior management, helping to inform strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement best practices in data management and team operations.
- Relation Building: Build relationships with pass office staff and management at each station.
- Pack Submission Support: Support with blue badge pass submission for the above stations where required.
