The Regional Development Director provides leadership and oversight of all project development activities and acts as overall point of coordination for assigned region. The ideal candidate would have proven leadership and management of medium sized teams, strong internal and external stakeholder management capabilities at senior levels, and a good technical and/or strategic background within the energy sector.
Whats in it for you?
- £70,000 p.a. to £85,000 p.a. depending on experience, plus 20% Annual performance bonus & annual salary benchmarking

What You'll Be Getting Up To
- Leadership and oversight of all project development activities at a regional level
- Leadership, management, and development of regional development team(s)
- Alignment of regional projects to regional priorities and the overall infrastructure strategy for your region
- Leadership and oversight of project development analysis (driver analysis, options analysis, site & circuit strategies, etc) and progression through internal progresses and governance.
- Internal and external stakeholder management ranging from engineering consultants, power system engineers, delivery teams,
About You
You are solutions orientated and highly pragmatic. You are grounded by the reality of what it takes to deliver, and committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
You are confident and experienced in dealing with senior C-Suite or executive audiences and know how to successfully create the relevant materials to influence infrastructure decisions. You can show clear evidence of strategic thinking and strategy development.
