Job Title: Regional Development Manager, UK
Salary: £34,500 - £44,850
Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid – 40–60% office-based with UK-wide travel)
Contract: Permanent | Full time, 35 hours per week
As Regional Development Manager, you will support the growth and retention of Cambridge International Education's presence in the UK. This strategic role focuses on building strong relationships with schools and stakeholders, promoting our qualifications and services, and ensuring exceptional support to drive long-term engagement and success.

About The Role
As a Regional Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and supporting the presence of Cambridge International Education across the UK. You'll be responsible for developing relationships with independent and international schools, promoting our curriculum, qualifications, and services, and ensuring world-class support for our customers. This role is key to delivering our strategic goals and strengthening our reputation in the UK education sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing regional strategy to grow our market share in UK schools.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, bookstores, and distributors.
- Supporting schools through the registration process and ongoing engagement.
- Representing Cambridge at educational events, conferences, and seminars.
- Providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and education policy.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and managing follow-up actions.
About You
You are a proactive and passionate individual with a strong background in educational business development. You thrive on building relationships and have a deep understanding of the UK education landscape. You are organised, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional service. A valid UK driving licence is essential as the role will require some travel.
