- Job Title: Regional Director of Housing Services
- Location: This is a home-based role that will focus on the North Region requiring regular travel across the area, although applications are welcome from candidates based elsewhere.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Housing Services to lead our north region, optimising our housing services, developing and delivering a regional plan as well as supporting our transformation ambitions.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Housing Services, you will help shape and implement a strategic vision for rented housing and home ownership, keeping residents at the heart of everything we do. Your leadership will ensure high-quality, responsive services that align with regulatory frameworks and the highest housing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored, high-quality services that exceed housing consumer standards and meet diverse resident needs.
- Provide visionary leadership to teams, driving performance, engagement, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including the Social Housing Regulation Act.
- Lead transformative housing initiatives with minimal disruption and maximum impact.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including statutory agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Manage a budget exceeding £150m and lead a team of approximately 800 colleagues across a range of housing functions.

- Leadership experience managing large teams and driving change in fast-paced settings.
- Stakeholder management skills to foster strong relationships with residents, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
