💼About the Role:
As a Regional Marketing Executive, you’ll lead and execute strategic lead generation and retention campaigns across the EMEIA region, using a mix of digital marketing, content, events, and automation. You’ll also play a key role in organizing CRU’s flagship customer seminar in London.

🛠Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the regional marketing expert, working closely with commercial teams to align on goals and campaigns.
- Design and execute targeted acquisition, nurture, and retention campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce.
- Define and develop customer segments and personas to enhance targeting and messaging.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, events, partnerships).
- Collaborate with analysts and the wider marketing team to create compelling content.
- Integrate CRU’s conference marketing into regional plans.
- Test, optimise, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders and contribute to future strategy.
🎓Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or proven marketing track record.
✅Skills & Experience:
- Strong B2B campaign marketing experience, with a focus on lead generation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in social media, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CMS platforms.
- Able to think strategically while executing effectively.
- Comfortable with data, metrics, and using insights to optimise campaigns.
