Job Description

As the Marketing Generalist, you will assume a critical role in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that closely align with our company's objectives and yield significant business outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the marketing team, fostering collaboration across various departments, and ensuring the effective execution of multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that aligns with the global marketing vision and regional business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define regional KPIs and track campaign performance to optimize outcomes.
  • Contribute to the success of global marketing initiatives, campaigns and programs.

Demand Generation and Campaign Management

  • Design and implement targeted campaigns to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, events, webinars, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Amplify global marketing and communications campaigns and adapt for greater regional success.

Brand and Communications

  • Enhance brand visibility and positioning within the region through consistent messaging and storytelling.
  • Manage public relations and media engagement strategies to promote brand reputation in the region working closely with global PR efforts and local spokespeople.
  • Ensure brand adherence across all marketing materials and activities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with regional leaders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to localize campaigns and share regional insights.

Event Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to foster client relationships and build brand recognition.
  • Manage event budgets and measure the ROI of event participation.

Budget Management

  • Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights into marketing expenditures and performance.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on regional marketing results to leadership.

S Kills And Competencies

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing regional marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in campaign origination and management, lead generation and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and bring together different stakeholder interests.
  • Knowledge of the local market landscape and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

7+ years of experience in regional or global marketing roles, professional services background an advantage.
