Your Opportunity
Our Regional Supply Planners are the key contact points between our global Supply Centres and the EUROPE markets. They aim to optimize the Supply network plan for the full horizon by working cohesively and collaboratively with a range of partners whilst being responsive and flexible in their approach.
Your goal will be to optimize the Supply Chain KPIs by balancing Service, Volumes & Inventory for our EUROPE supply network, by analysing and evaluating the net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs considering network complexity and supply constraints. You will use market Intelligence & Analytics to own, review and understand the demand signal across the remit and be an ambassador of market requirements within supply, material planning and operational teams.
You are the main point of contact for your Supply Centre stakeholders on any supply related topics, and you will lead communication to the cluster Demand Planners to support local decision making and S&OP process. You are therefore a crucial input for market level decision making due to your analysis and understanding of key trends, tracking and coordinating of allocations, stock and inventory and leading of innovation projects.
Responsibilities
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
* Being the business partner for all Supply related topics
* Serve as the 'One point of Contact' for both markets as well as Supply Centres with regards to volume requirements / replenishment forecast.
* Become the key point of contact for any supply question from your market’s stakeholders as well as regional and global stakeholders.
* Manage availability and service levels.
* Work closely with the respective Supply Centre facility to make sure the right product is delivered to the right market at the right time.
* Proactively manage ad-hoc issues, tight supply situation, escalations processes, logistical issues according to the Bacardi standards to ensure timely action in market.
* Use the data/insight from transport / logistics to proactively inform & secure a "perfect serve" to markets.
* Monitor demand and ensure replenishment accuracy.
* Be responsible for creation, amendment, and any others modification over STO for a given supply center scope.
* Be responsible for monitoring replenishment signal (DDR) across supply center to markets lanes within EUR region.
* Review demand evolution insights from Demand planners across all markets, Root-Cause collaboratively with markets where high deviations occur. Alert, inform or action together with market and plant where required.
* Balance stock management.
* Managing Stock Balancing activities across region and supporting regions with stock building policy and guidelines.
* Support the execution of the Non-Performing (SLOBS) and BBD management process; governance and tracking and ensuring an E2E view is available.
* Driving the Safety Stock Setting policy. Supporting the markets with recommendations and regional guidelines for Safety Stock and supporting markets in management of exceptional stock management situations; factory closures, stock push, RTD management.
* Drive best practises through continuous improvement.
* Prepare and drive regular reviews with key stakeholders: Supply Centres, Market Supply Chain, Finance based on specific needs and requests.
* Steer continuous improvement activities to remove non-value-added tasks and improve processes. Influence and cooperate with other supply chain stakeholders to ensure solutions are found and activated.
* Support the ESG agenda - ensuring the right trade offs from an ESG perspective are taken at all times.
* Propose and support digitalisation / automation initiatives to improve efficiency in day-to-day processes
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
* Experience within Supply Chain (Master Data, Customer Services, Logistics)
* In depth knowledge of SAP ECC/ APO SNP
* Knowledge of SAP / MS Office / Teams
* Project Planning, Time management., Problem solving, analytical skills & attention to detail
* Experience of Spirit industry, brands, categories, legalities, & customers an advantage
