Person specification
You will bring Health and Social Care expertise, experience and passion to CQC. The CQC Values of Excellence, Caring, Integrity and Teamwork will be at the heart of everything you do.
- In particular we are looking for previous experience working in health, social care, NHS or regulatory environment or related fields.
- We are also looking for significant experience of assessment/regulation and managing provider regulatory risk.
- Experience with people living with a learning disability or autism, or within Primary Medical Services (PMS) would be advantageous.
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will set you apart from others, with an ability to work collaboratively with others and engage with both internal and external stakeholders building strong professional relationships.
- You’ll bring with you an eye for detail and good analytical skills, with a track record of sharing best practice and driving innovation and improvement into everything you do.
- Skills in information gathering, data analysis and report writing.
- Experience of the provision of regulated activities.

Assessment Process And Venue
Interviews will be part of a face to face assessment centre, this will include a paper based written assessment and an interview. The venues for the assessment centres will be at our CQC Office in Stratford and an external venue to be confirmed in Manchester.
Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.
