Role Title: Regulatory Interface Officer

Location: Hybrid working with one of the following locations as a Primary: Derby, Warrington or Manchester

We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Regulatory Interface Officer who will be responsible for communicating with nuclear Regulators and taking on variety of tasks relating to recording, tracking and transferring of information.

  • Help maintain the governance documentation for the RIO function including organisational and project arrangements
  • Help maintain the relevant trackers, schedules and databases to maintain track of deliverables, actions and correspondence to and from regulatory authorities
  • Provide advice and guidance to the business with respect to RIO and regulatory transfers of information
  • Transfer, track and record all correspondence to and from regulatory bodies in the UK and overseas including commercially sensitive, export controlled and security sensitive information
  • Support the implementation of digital solutions and innovations for the RIO function, in conjunction with the systems integration and digital transformation teams
  • Support planning and development of the wider Rolls-Royce SMR programme in conjunction with the programme management team.
  • Maintain and develop excellent relationship with the Regulators
  • Represent Regulatory Interface Office Lead when require

Pay And Benefits

We anticipate paying a salary of between £28,800 - £38,000 DOE plus:-

  • Bonus - On Target Performance Opportunity 7%
  • Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
  • Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
  • Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
  • Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
  • Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
  • £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases

Our Application Process
