Regulatory Reporting & Oversight Manager

Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced organisation in the finance industry, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting & Oversight Manager to join their Compliance team. This pivotal role offers the chance to make a real impact, leading a team of Oversight Analysts and working closely with senior stakeholders.

About the Role

As Regulatory Reporting & Oversight Manager, you will:

✅ Ensure all regulatory reporting is accurate and delivered on time to both internal and external bodies, such as the FCA, FLA, and ICO.

✅ Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop innovative reporting solutions for monitoring customer outcomes and operational risk.

✅ Act as Secretary for the Compliance & Operational Risk Committee, managing report packs, minutes, and follow-ups.

✅ Lead a team of Oversight Analysts, driving continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative culture.

✅ Develop and maintain an oversight framework that ensures adherence across first and second line teams.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

🔹 Proven experience in regulatory reporting and oversight.

🔹 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

🔹 Up-to-date knowledge of CONC, TCF principles, and GDPR.

🔹 Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

🔹 Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
