Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 7 years in corporate banking
  • Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated expertise in credit analysis, with a focus on investment-grade corporates and structured finance
  • Market Insight: In-depth understanding of UK corporate credit landscape, trade finance, and financial institutions
  • Client-Centric Approach: Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with blue-chip corporate clients
  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field from a prestigious institution

The Role

This position reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Banking and offers significant potential for career advancement within a rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the bank's strategic initiatives and expanding its footprint in key markets.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Cultivate and nurture high-value relationships with enterprise-level clients
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the bank and key decision-makers within client organizations
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the bank's market presence

Financial Solutions Architecture

  • Design bespoke financial strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client
  • Lead complex deal structuring and negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the bank
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative banking products and services

Portfolio Management and Growth

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of investment-grade corporate accounts
  • Drive business expansion through targeted acquisition of new enterprise clients
  • Exceed assigned performance metrics in both financial and non-financial domains
