Your Career

This is your opportunity to play a strategic role in the contract lifecycle of some of MHR’s biggest and most strategically important customers. As a Renewals & Compliance Director focused on LME, Enterprise, and Reseller segments, you’ll take ownership of timely and accurate contract renewals, from preparing proposals to leading customer calls and forecasting outcomes. You’ll work closely with Account Directors and the Head of Renewals & Compliance to ensure renewals align with business goals while building strong, long-term relationships with key customers.

Your Team

You’ll be part of a collaborative Renewals team, working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless renewal process. You’ll partner with Account Directors to gain insight into strategically significant accounts and play an integral role in maintaining licensing compliance with our Reseller network. You’ll also support junior team members, sharing your expertise to contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Your Impact

Your work will directly influence customer retention and long-term satisfaction, ensuring a positive renewal experience across MHR’s larger client base and reseller network. By guiding customers onto MHR’s preferred frameworks and maintaining accurate Salesforce data, you’ll support better commercial decision-making and compliance. Your attention to detail and relationship-building skills will help reinforce MHR’s role as a trusted partner and contribute to the company's ongoing growth.
