About RNID

We are RNID: the national charity supporting the 18 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. Together, we will end the discrimination faced by our communities, help people hear better now and fund world-class research to restore hearing and silence tinnitus. We work with our communities and partners across industry, government, charity, education and more to change life for the better. We’re focused on making the greatest impact possible across the whole of the UK.

About The Role

Using their science communications expertise, they will develop an in-depth understanding of our research portfolio and support teams across the organisation to communicate about our research and its impact in creative ways to our supporters and the general public. As a key link between the research programme and marketing teams, they will create communications featuring inspiring, scientifically accurate stories to engage our audiences, both warm and cold, and build support for our research.
