Residence Engineering Coordinator – Full Time

Four Seasons Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square is looking to recruit a Residence Engineering Coordinator who is passionate about providing administrative support and clerical expertise to the Engineering Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance across the Residence, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Provide hands-on assistance where appropriate, based on technical expertise and operational needs.

Deliver administrative and clerical support to the Engineering Department, handling inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously to ensure the highest levels of resident satisfaction. Ensure all practices comply with current legislation, Health and Safety regulations, Emergency Procedures, and Four Seasons’ standards and policies, promoting a culture of safety, service excellence, and operational compliance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Hardworking and respectful.
  • Great interpersonal skills to create relationships with the Four Seasons team, External Engineers and Contractors.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal with email etiquette.
  • Resourceful and proactive.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, work under pressure and on own initiative.
  • Ability to deal with people at different levels.
