Residential Conveyancer - Full-Time
Location: Ashford, Surrey
Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm

A well-established and respected law firm is seeking a talented and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The firm has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services with a personal touch, and it is now looking to expand its conveyancing department with the addition of a dedicated and capable professional.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- New build purchases and Help to Buy schemes
- Shared ownership matters
- Unregistered titles
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals throughout the process
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have:
- At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
- A strong technical understanding of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation
- The ability to manage files independently from instruction to post-completion
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and commercially aware approach
- A willingness to participate in business development and client relationship management
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using legal case management software
