We are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join our clients dynamic and growing legal team. If you are passionate about property law and have a track record of handling complex transactions, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established Residential Property team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience and a strong background in handling lease extensions and intricate property transactions.

You will be joining a collaborative team of skilled professionals, including fee earners and support staff, while reporting directly to the Head of Residential Property.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Advising clients on legal matters related to conveyancing, including lease extensions.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting business development efforts by networking and fostering client relationships.
• Maintaining high standards in line with Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation.
• Assisting with registrations when necessary.

Skills & Experience Required

• A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in Residential Property law.
• Proven experience in handling lease extensions and complex property transactions.
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong administrative, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and ideally Excel) and case management systems.
• Previous experience with digital dictation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
