We are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our clients well-established, CQS-accredited Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, supportive environment offering career development and a wide range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Required:
- Proven experience handling a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Expertise in:
- Sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- Desirable experience in:
- New Build transactions
- Shared Ownership schemes
- Proficient with Case Management Systems and the Land Registry Portal
- Strong IT literacy essential
Person Specification:
- Calm and effective under pressure
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to support and mentor junior team members
- Team-oriented, cooperative, and approachable
- Diligent and detail-focused in approach
