The Role
This varied position includes a healthy mix of Red Book valuations and Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports, with growing exposure to Level 3 building surveys. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of surveyors and be empowered to take ownership of your patch, build relationships, and deliver top-tier client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out residential valuations, surveys, and reports to RICS standards
- Deliver accurate and timely Red Book reports
- Work closely with clients across both private and lender sectors
- Build lasting relationships and grow your presence in the local market
What You’ll Need
- AssocRICS qualification and VRS registration or MRICS
- Hands-on experience conducting residential surveys
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- A collaborative mindset and drive to develop professionally
- A full UK driving licence
