About the Role

Are you ready for an extraordinary role that puts you at the forefront of emergency planning? Leicestershire County Council is seeking passionate individuals to join the LLR Resilience Partnership, where you'll play a crucial role in preparing, responding to, and recovering from a diverse range of potential emergencies. Your expertise in contingency planning, crisis management, and emergency incident response will be put to the test as you lead multi-agency exercises and take charge of the initial response to emergencies on behalf of the LLR Resilience Partnership. Your dedication and strategic thinking will be paramount in safeguarding our community during times of crisis.

As part of this role, you will be required to join the Resilience Partnership Duty Officer rota, where you will have to spend 6-7 weeks a year on-call. You will also be willing to undergo vetting to SC level.
