Join the Close Brothers Retail Team where you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's operational resilience testing program. Working as part of the Retail team our ideal team member will have previous experience in identifying and assessing operational risks, developing, and executing test plans, and reporting on test results with excellent business continuity planning skills.

Responsibilities
- Identify and assess operational risks
- Develop and execute test plans
- Report on test results
- Support the development and maintenance of operational resilience documentation
- Work with other teams to ensure that operational resilience is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Identify vulnerabilities with in the Service Resilience Strategies for the Businesses Important Business Service
- Facilitate operational resilience exercises and workshops
- Provide training and guidance to employees on operational resilience best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in operational resilience
- Contribute to the development of the company's operational resilience strategy
- Risk management experience
- Testing and data analysis skills
- Previous report writing experience
- Excellent communication skills
