We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to play a pivotal role in our retail communications efforts, ensuring our stores run seamlessly while fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration. In this vital role, you’ll design and implement impactful communication strategies that keep our store teams informed, inspired, and connected to our mission. The role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented communications expert to lead the delivery of clear, impactful messaging to our retail stores. As the gatekeeper of internal communications, you’ll craft newsletters, updates, and launch packs, while coordinating activities aligned with the retail calendar and driving team engagement through innovative initiatives. You’ll also manage the internal communications platform, ensuring consistency across channels.

Role

What to expect from the role

  • Deliver clear, impactful store communications, including newsletters, updates, and launch packs
  • Coordinate key activities aligned with the retail calendar and leadership calls
  • Develop frameworks to streamline store tasks and drive efficiency
  • Plan engagement initiatives to boost team morale and collaboration
  • Manage the internal communications platform and cross-channel event coordination
  • Partner with global and local teams to align strategies and drive innovation
  • Support business goals with insights and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent, effective messaging
  • Handle store queries and maintain feedback loops to refine communication strategies
