Revenue Integrity Business Design Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker to lead our Revenue Integrity Strategy through a design lens across our portfolio of projects and change initiatives. As the Revenue Integrity Business Design Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our Revenue Integrity portfolio of projects, activity and business initiatives align with our strategic goals impacting Letters, Parcels, International & Parcelforce (Commercial, Operations, and Technology).
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll ensure our Revenue Integrity environment and systems are delivered through our projects and initiatives under three dimensions: Parcel ‘Count’ Integrity, Letters ‘Count’ Integrity, and Parcel ‘Attribute’ Integrity.
- Maintain drivers of financial benefits as projects move from design to delivery, adapting to changing environments.
- Lead the Revenue Integrity Design & Change Board, bringing impactful change requests and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Maintain a “big picture” understanding of the Revenue Integrity environment, ensuring the right programmes and projects are launched at the right time.
- Work with Business Solutions Leads across Technology and Design Leads in other functions to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Limit scope creep while ensuring projects meet strategic aims, challenging requirements, and delivery methods to uphold system validity.
- Accountable for the high-level business requirements of each project, ensuring delivery to those requirements.
About You
Subject Matter Expert:
- Proven experience of delivering designs from concept to implementation delivering planned business outcomes and end-state benefits of projects and initiatives in a large complex organisation. Desirably relating to Revenue Integrity and minimising revenue leakage.
- Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, articulating their relevance to the business and Revenue Integrity.
- High level of intellectual curiosity, able to challenge stakeholders at all levels, review and write concise business case arguments, and present and negotiate to all audiences.
- Strong team focus, able to work collaboratively and contribute effectively in a cross-functional working environment.
- Technology literate.
- Experience and understanding of different technology infrastructures (e.g. difference between ER / EPS / BIG / GCP / MEARS etc…) and/or parcels product landscape is desirable.
