The ideal candidate will have experience in RevOps or a similar function, and possess strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to accuracy. They should be enthusiastic about learning and experimenting with new tools, able to interpret complex data, and skilled at fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts. Proficiency in tools such as Hubspot, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and MS Office, along with familiarity with generative AI tools, is essential.

Role Overview

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Hive Learning, you will play a critical role in optimising operations, enablement, insights, and tools across our marketing, sales, customer success, and finance teams. Your responsibilities will focus on driving efficiency, alignment, and effectiveness across these key revenue-generating functions. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of market concepts, data collection methods, and team communication, along with proficiency in relevant tech tools and software. Familiarity with generative AI tools will be a requirement.

Key Responsibilities What we’re looking for:

  • Process Management:
  • Enhance workflows across marketing, sales, customer success, and finance teams.
  • Ensure alignment and effectiveness in revenue-generating activities.
  • Support teams with the necessary tools and insights to drive performance.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding processes for revenue operations
  • Data Management and Insights:
  • Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
  • Interpret sales and marketing performance data
  • Utilise basic analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Tool Proficiency:
  • Manage customer relationships and sales processes with CRM software
  • Streamline marketing activities with automation tools
  • Implement tech tools for revenue operations
  • Team Communication and Leadership:
  • Communicate effectively within and across teams
  • Motivate team members and foster collaboration
  • Resolve conflicts and support change management
  • Competitive Analysis:
  • Identify competitors and understand their market positioning.
  • Have worked in Rev Ops or similar function so have some experience but really looking to accelerate your career path
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and adaptive individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to provide feedback, collaborate, and maintain a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Willingness to learn, experiment with new tools, and solve problems creatively.
  • Detail-oriented: Commitment to accuracy in operations, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset: Interprets complex data, identifies trends, and derives actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Good working knowledge of tools such as Hubspot, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom and MSOffice

Desirable Skills

  • Generative AI Tools Experience: Previous experience with generative AI tools is a requirement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ideally, 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
