The Reward Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and administration of competitive and effective compensation and benefits programs. This role will focus on data analysis, market research, and project support to ensure that our compensation and benefits strategies align with business objectives and attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to gather data on compensation trends, competitor practices, and best-in-class programs.


• Analyse salary data, including internal and external surveys, to identify pay gaps, inequities, and areas for improvement.


• Develop and maintain compensation structures, including job grading, salary ranges, and incentive plans.


• Assist in the development and implementation of new compensation programs, such as bonuses, equity plans, and long-term incentives.

Benefits Administration:

• Conduct research and analysis on various benefit options, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.


• Assist in the selection and implementation of cost-effective and competitive benefit packages.


• Monitor and analyse benefit plan utilization and costs.


• Communicate benefit information to employees through various channels, such as employee handbooks, presentations, and online resources.
  
  
  

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefits data.


• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends, program effectiveness, and key metrics.


• Utilise data analytics tools to identify trends, forecast costs, and make data-driven decisions.
  
  
  

Project Support:

• Provide support for various HR projects, such as compensation reviews, job evaluations, and M&A activities.


• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.


• 5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) preferred.
