About The Role

PwC is one of the world’s leading Professional Services firms and advises some of the most successful organisations, entrepreneurs and private businesses on a range of services including Audit, Risk, Tax, Consulting and Deals. We are innovative and driven to deliver to our clients while meeting our purpose of building trust in society and solving important problems. We strive to be a great place to work for our employees and offer career defining and development opportunities across all our teams.

The Reward, Employee Relations, and Performance (RERP) team is responsible for overseeing, refining, and refreshing the Total Reward, Benefits, and Performance strategy and policy framework, in addition to the Employee Relations strategy and policy framework. We align with market-leading benchmarks and global practices to set the strategic direction on reward and benefits as part of the Deal for our people.

The Reward and Performance Lead reports to the Director of Reward, Employee Relations and Performance (RERP). As a driver of change, you will develop and drive the reward and performance strategy across the firm. You will lead the firmwide Reward and Performance cycle (e.g. pay review, benchmarking, pay reporting, NMW compliance and Board reporting) with focus on operational excellence, policies and practices.
  • Continuously develop the Reward and Performance strategy to support the firm's people and business strategy, growth ambitions, culture, and employee experience ensuring it is fit for the future.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships with Line of Service Chief People Officers (CPOs), People Directors, and other People Function stakeholders to drive change and consistency.
  • Act as a change agent by leading teams to identifying efficiencies, simplification, consistency and transparency to embed and improve our Reward and Performance approach, driving technology enabled processes in all we do. Act as a collaborator, trusted advisor, and point of escalation across wider teams on ways of working.

This Role Is For You If

  • You possess strong team leadership, people management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and leadership.
  • You have a passion and experience in designing and shaping performance strategies. Additionally, you demonstrate strong driving skills and curiosity to enhance the delivery in a fast-pace environment.
  • You have experience of working in performance and reward team, with hands-on Workday experience.
