What are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Reward Manager to support the Senior Reward Manager and other senior HR and business stakeholders with both operational and strategic reward and wellbeing activity. The role will focus on implementing efficient processes, driving change and enhancing data analytics within the team. The team supports the global reward offering but the role will have a focus on EU/APAC. The role will be responsible for supporting the Senior Reward Manager in developing and implementing reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate high performing employees.
The current team: Senior Reward Manager, Reward Manager (this role), two Reward Advisors, and a Reward Assistant.
Areas Of Focus And Responsibilities
- Implement structured processes to enhance efficiency within the team and support the firm's compensation, benefits, and wellbeing strategy.
- Proactively drive forward operational and strategic reward and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Reward Manager and senior HR and business stakeholders.
- Ensure that benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
- Oversees the UK annual flexible benefits enrolment and renewal of non-UK reward and benefit plans including the introduction of new benefits and wellbeing support.
- Oversee the annual compensation review and budgeting process.
- Drive forward the systemisation, automation and standardisation of reward processes.
- Enhance data analytics capabilities to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Lead reward and wellbeing projects as required, including research and analysis together with the development of recommendations.
- Manage and develop Reward Advisors as well as overseeing day to day delivery of all benefit and reward plans and processes by the team.
- Develop and deliver communication campaigns across reward ensuring employees understand the true value of the policies that are in place.
- Shares knowledge and technical skills in coaching wider HR team and business on reward concepts.

Skills And Attributes
We are looking to meet experienced Reward Managers who have proven experience in reward operational delivery within a matrix organisation, ideally professional services.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience of analysing data, including advanced excel skills.
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits including detailed knowledge of relevant legislation around pensions.
- Numerate, attention to detail, methodical, good time management and project management skills.
- Great networker - identifying trends to remain competitive and ahead of the market and knowledgeable about what other Reward professionals are doing.
- Great communicator, interpersonal stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Good at multi-tasking and managing priorities.
- Experience of managing change, delivering excellent service and responsive – with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness, sensitivity and high level of confidentiality.
- Relevant degree-level qualification (desirable).
- CIPD qualified (desirable).
The Essentials
- 930am to 530pm but flexibility is a must
- Hybrid working – minimum 2 days per week in the office
- 12 week probation period
- 12 week notice period
