What is the opportunity?
The Trade & Product Analysis team are within the Risk Management department in Mizuho Bank London Branch. The Trade & Product Analysis team are responsible for a variety of reconciliation, monitoring and reporting tasks carried out on a daily basis at a granular level.
This includes but is not limited to off market reporting, contract condition checks, hedge accounting, PV & MTD PL comparison to MX3, FX Branch position reconciliation.
What will you be doing?
- Carry out daily reporting
- Carry out daily reconciliation and conditional checks
- Carry out monthly and quarterly reporting
- Identification of discrepancies in a timely manner
- Liaise with relevant departments for the investigation and resolution of discrepancies
- Monitor Alerts and action failures in a timely manner
- Assist the Director and Assistant Vice President as required
- Ad hoc duties as allocated by the Head of Trade & Product Analysis
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Demonstrable ability to innovate, support change and problem solve
- Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance
- High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation / presentation
- Excellent communication skills
