The Opportunity

Liaising closely with client coordinators to continuously define project objectives whilst maintaining KAEFER planner requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising closely with client coordinators to continuously define project objectives whilst maintaining KAEFER planner requirements.
• Ensuring the correct tradesmen are placed on client scopes supported by KAEFER recruitment.
• Populating Rope Access Cross Party Agreements, gather relevant certificates etc on behalf of the operations team, prior to KAEFER approval.
• Liaising with wider team to inform of upcoming scopes and ensure rope access kits are sent to client sites in a timely manner.
• Liaising with the logistics team regarding upcoming mobilisations
• Operational on call rotations.
• Control of Rope Access Documentation for IRATA purposes.
• Supporting RA Team with knowledge and experience from construction background.
• Validation of CV’s and certification.

• IRATA & Working at height regulations
• Rope Access working team composition
• Previous experience working on offshore and onshore plants
• Previous experience working in a reactive environment

Desirable:

Onshore Coordination experience

Requirements of role:

• IRATA Level 1,2 or 3 (current or expired)
• NVQ in any construction trade (desirable)
