The Role
Job Description
- Proven success in building and managing strategic channel partnerships and alliances with Cloud Service Providers, system integrators, and value-add resellers across the EMEA region. Ideal candidates will have worked as Cloud Service Providers for the last 4 years and have been involved in cloud sales. The RVP EMEA Channels and Alliances will develop and execute the strategy for channel sales, partnerships, and alliances within the EMEA region. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Channel and Alliance Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel and alliances strategy for the EMEA region, including Cloud Hyperscalers, global and regional system integrators, technology alliances, and resellers
- Identify key market opportunities and partnerships to expand our reach.
- Ensure the strategy aligns with company goals and objectives.
Partner Recruitment And Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners and alliances.
- Build strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop executive relationships with strategic partners
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and set mutual goals.
Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth through partner channels and alliances.
- Work closely with partners, the Neo4j field, and partner marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and report on partner performance and financial targets.
Market Insights
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to shape partnership strategies.
- Identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
Contract Negotiations
- Lead contract negotiations and finalise partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure agreements meet all legal and financial requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team responsible for channel and alliance management.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and provide coaching and guidance.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or alliances, with a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven background in Data, Analytics, and AI sales, consulting, and/or ISV roles in those industry areas
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market and its dynamics. Prior experience driving channel business in the EMEA region.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
