Safeguarding Coordinator
The Role
Salary £25,258-£25,735 per annum plus excellent benefits
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative practitioner to join our Safeguarding & Well-being team; the team are responsible for ensuring effective safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students. Our purpose is to create an environment where students feel safe and can achieve their full potential.
The Successful Candidate Will Be Able
- To support in the day-to-day operational safeguarding and welfare provision for the college.
- To effectively advise, signpost and triage learners' access to the Safeguarding and Well-being Team.
- To ensure all contacts with learners are up to date and accurate on the recording systems.
- To contribute to the development of the visibility of the Safeguarding & Well-being Team.
- To develop positive working relationships with external agencies, to ensure effective logging and sharing of minuets with statutory agencies.
- To contribute to the continuous development of college systems to improve their effectiveness and efficiency to ensure effective safeguarding
- To provide dedicated administrative support for the Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team, such as reports, schedules and work which utilise databases, spreadsheets, formatting or research.
