About The Role
Are you ready to make a real impact? As SHEQ Business Partner , youll playpivotal rolea in shaping the future of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) across the UK! Reporting directly to th Head of SHEQe , youll be on the front lines, providing hands-on support to operational sites, driving robust compliance management systems, and championing risk reduction strategies that make a real difference.
This is not just a support roleits a chance to be a trusted expert , offerin competent advice, innovative solutions, and technical expertiseg to help shape a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Youll buil strong relationships with key stakeholdersd , leveraging cutting-ed IT systemsge to streamline processes and ensure operational excellence.
Your insights will be crucial in producing timely, accurate reports that inform strategic decisions. Most importantly, youll embody and promote InPosts core values and behaviours , making a lasting impact on the business.

- Location: Primarily based along the M62 corridor, with occasional travel beyond.

What we need from you:??

- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- IEMA Certificate or equivalent
- Experience carrying out detailed incident investigations to identify root causes and improvements
- Coaching/Training qualification or experience
- Working knowledge of ISO standards
- Working knowledge of quality managements tools and techniques
- Working knowledge of how to effect behavioural change
- Full and current UK driving license
- Nationwide travel & occasional overnight stays (as required)
- Available to work varying shift patterns (Day & Night and Weekends)
- On 24-hour call
